Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Pelle Clarity Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Overview

The Pelle Clarity Membership includes six (6) Obagi Skintrinsiq medical facial sessions, two (2) Obagi Blue Peel Radiance upgrades, a medical-grade SPF, and 10% off skincare purchases made in-clinic during the membership period.
The membership is valid for 12 months from the start date.

2. Payment Terms

  • An upfront payment of £100 is required at the time of purchase.

  • This is followed by 12 monthly payments of £75.

  • The membership is a 12-month financial commitment and cannot be paused, transferred, or cancelled once commenced.

  • If all included treatments are used before the end of the 12-month period, monthly payments must still continue in full.

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • Treatment sessions may be spaced out according to patient preference, guided by clinical suitability.

  • Appointment intervals will be advised by the treating clinician to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

  • Patients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Appointment availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to clinic capacity and opening hours.

  • Appointments can only be booked during standard clinic operating hours.

4. Clinical Suitability & Right to Decline Treatment

  • Although a prior medical consultation is not required to purchase this membership, all treatments remain subject to clinical assessment on the day.

  • The clinician reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe at any time.

  • No refunds will be issued in the event that treatment is deferred or declined for medical reasons; alternative options may be discussed where appropriate.

5. Treating Clinician

  • Treatments may be carried out by Dr Sabrina or another suitably trained and qualified member of the Pelle Aesthetics clinical team.

  • All practitioners operate under strict clinical governance and professional standards.

6. Patient Responsibilities

  • Patients must inform the clinic of any skincare products, aesthetic treatments, medications, or procedures undertaken outside of Pelle Aesthetics during the membership period.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of adverse reactions and may result in treatment being postponed or declined.

7. Discounts & Benefits

  • The 10% skincare discount applies only to skincare purchased in-clinic during the active membership period.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers.

  • Event access is subject to availability and capacity.

8. Non-Transferability & Expiry

  • Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the named individual.

  • Unused treatments must be redeemed within the 12-month membership period and will not roll over or be refunded after expiry.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments are non-refundable once the membership has commenced.

  • Early termination does not release the member from the remaining payment obligation.

10. Changes to Membership

  • Pelle Aesthetics reserves the right to update these terms and conditions where clinically or operationally necessary.

  • Any material changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
