Profhilo Body?

Profhilo Body is the only injectable treatment in the world specifically indicated for the treatment of body skin laxity. Recently launched in the UK, it uses a hybrid complex of two different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid in high concentration — the same ultra-pure, BDDE-free HA as Profhilo facial, adapted for the physiological demands of body tissue.

When injected, Profhilo Body intervenes directly in the skin ageing process — stimulating four types of collagen and elastin through a slow, sustained release of hyaluronic acid over approximately 28 days. The result is genuine tissue remodelling: crepey, loose skin is tightened, hydrated, and made firmer from within.

Unlike topical creams or energy-based devices, Profhilo Body works at a dermal level where the ageing process originates — delivering results that surface treatments cannot achieve.

treatment system

Injectable Treatment

Dr Sabrina injects Profhilo Body into the target area using the company's patented injection technique. The treatment takes approximately 30 minutes and is generally well-tolerated. Two to three sessions are recommended, spaced 4 weeks apart.

Body Patch

Immediately following treatment, the included Body Patch is applied directly to the treated area. It soothes, moisturises, and supports the skin post-injection — reducing any temporary redness and beginning the hydration process at the surface level.

Body Cream

Patients receive a dedicated Body Cream to use at home between sessions. Formulated to firm, tone, and deeply hydrate the skin, it works in concert with the injectable treatment — sustaining and amplifying results between clinic visits.

Most patients require 2–3 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart. The exact number depends on the treatment area and the degree of skin laxity. Results are progressive and continue to improve over several weeks after each session, with full results visible after the course is complete.
The Body Patch is applied in clinic immediately after your injection to soothe, hydrate, and support the treated skin. The Body Cream is given for you to use at home between sessions — it firms, tones, and deeply hydrates the skin, working in synergy with the injectable treatment to optimise and extend results. Both are included in the treatment cost.
Both use the same ultra-pure, BDDE-free hyaluronic acid technology, but Profhilo Body is specifically formulated for the physiological demands of body tissue — which has different structural properties from facial skin. The injection technique differs, the treatment volume is higher (3ml versus 2ml for the face), and the treatment includes the Body Patch and Body Cream system. It is not simply the facial product used off-label on the body.
